Job summary

Ossium Health seeks a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead commercial efforts in the Midwest for the Ossigraft portfolio. You will drive revenue, expand market share, and nurture relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while promoting biologics adoption.

The role requires engaging in high‑level medical discussions, conducting product education, and delivering in‑service training with a field‑based footprint across major Midwest markets. Travel up to 50–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred).
• 3–5 years of medical device sales in biologics.
• Proven sales quota achievement.
• Strong clinical acumen for medical discussions.
• Experience selling into operating rooms and hospitals preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and territory planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy for Ossigraft portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Develop new business with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, supply chain, and admins.
• Provide product education, training, and in‑service support.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership.
• Analyze regional performance and optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
