Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Metals & Mining sector in North America, based in Easley, SC. The role leads the channel strategy, drives growth with mining operators and EPCs, and expands the installed base while expanding aftermarket revenue.

You will build executive relationships, coordinate with engineering and service teams, and travel up to 75% to support opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in pump or rotating equipment sales within metals & mining.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and channel partner leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Sulzer Pumps’ channel strategy for Metals & Mining in North America.
• Drive profitable growth and expand installed base.
• Develop and manage relationships with mining operators and EPCs.
• Lead cross-functional teams for project opportunities and aftermarket growth.
• Provide consultative value selling focused on reliability and lifecycle costs.
