Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope.
• Valid driver’s license – required.
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit annual regional sales budget by managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan expanding the customer base.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate sales reps; adjust account assignments as needed.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to align sales, customer service, credit, logistics and product management.
• Review customer contracts and terms requiring legal review.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and communicate needs to supply partners.
• Present accurate volume budgets annually and identify market shifts.
