gpac LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to grow our industrial gearboxes business across the Chicago Metro area. You will develop key relationships and deliver engineered solutions that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

You will sell custom gearboxes, precision gearing, and power transmission services while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams. Travel about 60% of the time and enjoy remote/territory-based work.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience with proven business development.
• Experience selling gearboxes, power transmission equipment, or related engineered industrial products.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% in the territory.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts across heavy industrial markets.
• Sell custom gearboxes, precision gearing, gearbox repair/rebuild services, and power transmission solutions.
• Build relationships with OEMs, plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability engineers, and industrial decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for gearbox repair versus replacement and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage territory sales activities, customer visits, and sales pipelines.
