Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years experience as a systems engineer in technical or pre-sales support.
• Experience with DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies such as Routing, Switching, VPN, and Network Security.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Lead technical contact for identified accounts post-sales.
