Flowserve is seeking an End User Sales Engineer to lead commercial and technical growth across Montana, Northern Wyoming, and Western North Dakota. Based out of Billings, MT (preferred) or Casper, WY, you will act as the trusted technical advisor for mechanical seals, seal support systems, and industrial centrifugal pumps.

You will manage direct end-user accounts and authorized distributors, partnering with plant maintenance and reliability teams to diagnose issues, size upgrades, and deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technical sales, application engineering, or field reliability/service for rotating equipment.
• Bachelor of Science/Arts in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on sales experience.
• Experience navigating industrial distribution channels and direct end-user sales.

Responsabilités

• Own bookings, revenue, and market share across end-user accounts and distributors.
• Diagnose equipment failures with plant maintenance teams and optimize asset runtime.
• Lead scoping for seals and pumps and present technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, repair centers, and service teams for fast proposals.
• Maintain visibility with on-site plant visits across the territory.
