Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in the United States seeks a Sales Engineer to manage a well-established industrial territory spanning the Cincinnati to Louisville corridor. You will partner with chemical processing facilities and power generation customers to solve mechanical seal challenges and drive growth through end-user relationships and distributor collaboration.

You will work with application engineers and service centers to develop proposals, maintain CRM records, and meet annual sales targets

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with rotating equipment sales/field experience.
• 3–5 years in rotating equipment, pumps, or mechanical seals.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% across the regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the commercial territory across chemical and power accounts to meet targets.
• Collaborate with plant reliability and maintenance engineers to specify seal solutions.
• Partner with distributor channels to support power generation accounts and joint initiatives.
• Oversee active customer agreements, long-term contracts, and Life Cycle Advantage programs.
• Generate accurate commercial proposals with engineers and repair facilities.
