Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong interconnect knowledge, a proven track record in technical sales or application engineering in electronics, and a passion for winning with effective communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline.
• Experience in technical sales or application engineering in the electronics industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required to support distributors, 25% estimated.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains influential relationships with key decision makers at customers and distributor partners.
• Understands customer applications, identifies technical requirements, and offers solutions maximizing ITT portfolio of products.
• Builds a strong pipeline of demand creation opportunities to drive continuous territory growth maintained in Salesforce.
• Responsible for achieving assigned budget and growth targets for customers and distributors located within the assigned geographic territory.
• Coordinates cross functional support required from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations to support customer needs.
