Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years sales experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
• Minimum 3+ years pharmaceutical sales management experience with leadership and measurable performance.
• Hospital/institutional sales experience preferred.
• Antibiotic/Infectious Disease knowledge and sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
• Coach and mentor Sales Representatives to improve capabilities.
• Manage regional expense budget and drive revenue and profit goals.
• Develop territory plans and account strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of the team.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adherence to policies.
