Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director for Bone Health who will lead the regional commercial performance, translate national strategy into local plans, and drive high-quality execution across the region.

The role requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team in a complex pharmaceutical selling environment. Remote work is supported with significant travel expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience across sales, account management, market access, or related functions.
• Experience in complex, high-touch therapeutic markets; injectable, specialty, or hospital-based products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of regional business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Analyze regional and territory data to improve performance and allocate resources.
• Coach and develop approximately 12 Territory Managers with ongoing feedback and field rides.
• Recruit and retain high-performing talent and build leadership pipeline.
• Engage with priority customers and stakeholders to support execution and access considerations.
• Develop expert knowledge of product information, access, and reimbursement for the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Sales Ops to align regional initiatives.
• Manage regional budget and ensure disciplined planning and execution.
• Support field training and national/regional sales activities; complete corporate training.
