Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Structural Heart TAVI in the Pacific Northwest. This role will lead territory managers and clinical specialists, travel up to 50%, and drive regional sales and clinical education to meet franchise goals.

The RSD will coach, develop high-performing teams, participate in contract negotiations, and ensure strong customer engagement and outcomes across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support and achieve the regional sales plan.
• Develop a safe learning environment and positive team culture.
• Create an entrepreneurial and supportive work environment with weekly calls, workshops, and regional meetings.
• Recruit, onboard, coach for sales and clinical performance.
• Foster a diverse workplace and empower the team in TAVI development.
• Provide quarterly goals, development plans and annual reviews.
• Forecast sales and drive accountability with the team.
• Ensure compliance with SFDC, Power BI, Vablet and other tools.
