Job summary

Abbott in North Carolina is seeking a TAVI Territory Manager to lead commercial and clinical objectives in Structural Heart within the assigned territory. You will partner with the Regional Sales Director, coordinate with Clinical Specialists, and develop account plans to advance patient care. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7 years cardiovascular experience, 5 in SH/TEVAR/EVAR or 300+ TAVI cases preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and proven sales performance.
• Satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, may include COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional Sales Director to identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinates daily territory activities with Clinical Specialists and regional leads.
• Develops customer-focused sales and clinical strategies to support TAVI program goals.
• Develops actionable account plans using clinical, sales and data analytics.
• Utilizes SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales process.
• Completes field training to support cases and proctor delegate duties.
• Scrubs in, provides valve loading and case support for TAVI procedures.
• Evaluates patient anatomy and sizing using CT planning tools and reports outcomes.
• Interprets imaging (angiography, TTE, TEE, CT) and hemodynamics for customers.
• Builds relationships with hospital stakeholders and participates in meetings, trade shows, and training.
• Provides in-service and onsite training; forecasts and executes quarterly action plans.
• Completes vendor credentialing as required.
