Job summary

Remedio, a leader in Autonomous Remediation Platform solutions, is expanding its regional team in the US. We seek a Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise engagements with CISOs and security leaders, selling a platform that fixes vulnerabilities at scale while minimizing production risk.

You will own new logos, build a partner ecosystem, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers and marketing to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling enterprise cybersecurity or IT infrastructure software.
• Senior-level experience owning a large territory and opening new markets.
• Established relationships with security resellers, VARs, and partners in your region.
• Domain depth in vulnerability management, exposure management, misconfiguration, or patch management.
• Experience selling complex solutions to CISOs and IT/security leadership.
• Structured MEDDICC-based sales process and pipeline discipline.
• Startup or high-growth mindset with urgency and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business in the Southeast US by building a regional plan and targeting key enterprise accounts.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline using outbound, networking, events, and partner introductions.
• Develop a local partner network with resellers, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators to co-sell.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise deals from first contact through validation, negotiation, and close.
• Show how pre-execution validation and instant rollback address production risk while maintaining speed.
• Keep Salesforce up-to-date, forecast accurately, and flag risks early.
• Shape go-to-market strategy by feeding field feedback to leadership and channel teams.
