Remedio is transforming how organizations reduce cyber risk with an Autonomous Remediation Platform. We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive new business across the US, starting with California, selling to CISOs and security leaders who want a scalable, safe remediation approach.

You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, leverage a platform trusted by hundreds of enterprises, and collaborate with marketing, Solutions Engineers, and partners to win big deals while protecting

Qualifications

8+ years selling enterprise cybersecurity or IT infrastructure software.
Established relationships with security resellers, VARs, and partners in your region.
Experience selling complex security solutions to CISOs and IT/security leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive new business with a regional plan focused on new logos and revenue growth.
Build pipeline through outbound, events, networking, and partner introductions.
Develop a local partner network and co-sell with security resellers and MSSPs.
Lead full enterprise sales—from first conversation to negotiation and close.
Show safety and rollback capabilities to avoid production impact during sales cycles.
Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and flag risks early.
Shape go-to-market strategies by feeding field feedback to leadership.
