Job summary

NetSuite in Burlington, MA seeks a Sales Manager for our Direct Sales team focused on SMB to lead inside and outside sales reps. You will recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team to drive revenue across Mid-Market and Corporate spaces with a strong emphasis on NetSuite product knowledge and strategic sales execution.

The role emphasizes mentoring, coaching, and developing sales talent while meeting and exceeding organizational quotas through effective demand generation and robust sales

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of closing or sales management experience in SaaS/Technology.
• Strong understanding of accounting, business solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity.
• Proven track record of being on top producers with verifiable metrics.

• You are a regular on your company's top producer's list and have the stats to back it up.
