As VP of Business Development for Multifamily, you will own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations.

You will operate remotely (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota, no direct reports, and a focus on strategic, multi-location portfolios.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually in large, multi-location deals.
• Experience selling to multifamily owners, property managers or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Ability to work remotely and manage complex, enterprise-style deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close for large multi-location accounts.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders during the sales process.
• Expand opportunities to add locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for high-impact deals.
