Job summary

Jefo, a global leader in high-performance animal nutrition solutions, seeks a Sales Director for the Middle East. You will own revenue, coach regional Sales Managers, and lead multi-country accounts across Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq.

You will set the regional business plan, allocate resources, and travel regularly to build distributor relationships while driving forecast accuracy for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Master’s degree or relevant management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the region's revenue, account health, and pipeline; defend forecast reliability with VP Global Sales.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers / National Sales Managers; review team results with coaching cadence.
• Set regional business plan; allocate quota and resources across Sales Manager teams; resolve disputes.
• Act as senior escalation point for strategic accounts and distributor relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage performance of Sales Managers.
• Run pipeline and forecast discipline through Salesforce; ensure data-driven cadence.
• Travel regularly across the region to meet Sales Managers, key accounts, and distributors.
