Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a proven Mid-Market Sales Leader to build and run a field-based RAM team, shaping sales strategy, joining recruitment efforts and driving execution to consistently exceed targets across Mid-Market accounts.

You will develop rep-level plans, coach weekly, coordinate with the engineering overlay, and forecast results for senior management. Expect significant travel up to 50% as restrictions ease.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology sales with leadership responsibilities
• Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams
• Experience selling with channel partners (VAR, SI, MSSP)
• Strong presentation skills to executives and individual contributors
• Experience in quota setting, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Track record of over-quota attainment and career stability

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of field-based RAMs focused on Mid-Market accounts
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for the team
• Recruit, hire, and onboard RAMs
• Develop rep-level plans to achieve goals and exceed quota
• Be escalation point for customer satisfaction issues
• Forecast weekly sales results for senior management
• Coordinate with Fortinet's engineering overlay sales team
• Travel up to 50% within territory when possible
