Inforcer Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own and execute the regional sales strategy for cybersecurity and SaaS offerings.

You will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving new business growth across mid-market organizations. You will build strategic relationships with IT, Security, and Executive leaders, forecast rigorously, and collaborate with pre-sales, success, product, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations with complex sales cycles.
• Strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors).
• Experience driving regional growth through direct sales and partnerships.
• Clear, persuasive communicator adaptable to technical and executive audiences.
• Proactive planner with ability to align sales with product and marketing teams.
