Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead a cross-functional team, develop market plans, and expand distributor partnerships while working closely with marketing and leadership.

You must be fluent in Spanish, have 10+ years in sales/marketing with P&L experience, and travel ~50%. The role supports a broad turf and golf product portfolio and reports to the VP – International Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required (MBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience with multiple channels of distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and projection plans for product groups.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to the sales staff.
• Conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews for team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Lead distributor development, training, and program implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve field issues and support technical sales.
• Travel approximately 50%.
