Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a proven Director/Sales Leader to build and oversee a regional industrial sales operation. You will drive sales strategy, develop budgets, and co-lead joint calls with the team to foster growth across multiple locations.

You will oversee training, performance reviews, and product knowledge expansion while aligning field activities with corporate goals. A strong track record in valves, instrumentation, filtration, and related industrial segments is essential,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, industrial distribution, or related field.
• Proven track record in technical industrial sales leadership.
• Experience managing sales teams and P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales strategy and budgets.
• Lead and motivate the industrial sales team to meet targets.
• Oversee sales process from lead to closure across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with senior management on annual budgets and plans.
• Manage operations for Inside sales, Warehouse and Pipe Fabrication across districts.
