Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Regional Director - Central to lead Hearing Care operations across IN/IL/MO/W TN. You will guide Regional Managers and a team of professionals to meet sales budgets and KPIs, while driving exceptional customer care in a regulated environment.

You will mentor leaders, manage talent strategies, and collaborate on portfolio and branding initiatives. A strong business sense and industry experience are essential for success in this pivotal role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
Solid analytic and problem solving skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and counseling skills.
Multi-unit management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin and other regional metrics.
Manage, coach and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees across multiple units.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other leaders to execute talent management initiatives including development and succession planning.
Maintain a customer-centered approach by aligning services with customer needs and journey mapping.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company standards.
