Job summary

AudioNova, a Sonova Brand, seeks a Regional Director of Hearing Care for Arkansas & Missouri. You will lead the regional team, steer sales and operations to meet KPIs, recruit and develop Hearing Care Professionals, and ensure top-tier patient care across a multi-site network.

The role requires a Bachelor's with MBA preferred, travel up to 60%, and strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement in the Arkansas/Missouri area is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Willing to travel up to 50–60%.
Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive KPIs: revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, LCM, Help Rate, and Same Day Help.
Manage and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support staff.
Guide change management initiatives and promote AudioNova policies.
Ensure exceptional customer experience through high standards of care.
Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding on portfolio projects and store openings/closures.
