Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience; proven inside sales track record preferred.
• Possession or ability to obtain a license to sell insurance as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the sales team’s performance through coaching and discipline as needed.
• Recruits and trains an effective sales staff.
• Meets or exceeds the sales targets for the location(s).
• Generates sales leads through community involvement and referrals.
• Monitors sales results and develops action plans for ongoing success.
