Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Director in Chandler to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors, manage key accounts, and pursue new opportunities in the market. You will work with a Market VP and Sales Enablement to optimize sales strategy and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in management or sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid DOT medical card. Travel and a valid driver's license are required; 21+ years old. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) and IDs (Independent Distributors) sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts; drive promotion and display execution.
• Grow customer base and seek new selling opportunities in the market.
• Analyze market data and opportunities to maximize sales with the Sales Enablement team.
