Flowers Foods, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking an Area Sales Director to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and analyze sales data with the Market VP and Sales Enablement team.

The role requires 5 years in general management or sales, a Bachelor's in Sales or Business Administration, and a valid DOT Medical Card with a clean driving record. 21+ age is required and a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualificações

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsabilidades

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Help IDs manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow their customer base, seek new selling opportunities, and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
• Use digital tools to show execution wins and opportunities for continued growth.
