Badger Daylighting, located in Hackensack, NJ, seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive the region’s sales performance across all lines of business by providing sales strategy, leadership, tools, and coordination with Field Operations. You will align corporate initiatives with National Accounts and lead regional growth initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliant, timely delivery of customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years regional account/strategic account management or sales experience.
• 5+ years related experience (construction, sales, fleet, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 2-3 year business plan aligned with corporate strategy and regional goals.
• Implement regional sales strategy to increase market share across services.
• Identify prospects based on alignment with services and market needs.
• Onboard, train, and coach Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers.
• Report key metrics and needs through monthly business reviews.
• Align region resources to drive market penetration and account coverage.
• Own customer contracts for completeness, policy compliance, and timely delivery.
