Job summary

SHAZAM is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (Core) to drive new business for SHAZAM Core and related products. This remote role is open to candidates located in the Midwest and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 plus variable compensation.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generate pricing quotes, and attend industry events to capture opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of financial services sales experience and can travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 5 years sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Knowledge of sales management/tracking software (Salesforce) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a growth-focused, deadline-driven environment.
• Insurable driving record and minimum $300,000 liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage prospective client opportunities for SHAZAM Core and Core Ancillary Products.
• Conduct cold calls and meetings to explore new opportunities.
• Generate pricing proposals and schedule/hold in-person meetings with prospects.
• Attend association and trade-show conventions to seek leads and opportunities.
