Regional Sales Director

Summary

July Business Services (JULY) is seeking an individual to join our growing sales team as a Regional Sales Director. If you enjoy working with investment advisors and small to mid-sized retirement plan clients, have expertise in retirement plan design, and thrive in a competitive environment building out a sales territory, this may be a good fit for you. The person in this role will report to JULY’s VP of Sales.

The Gig
  • Qualified candidates must reside in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Oklahoma.
  • Strengthen JULY’s brand in the territory by proactively building and managing relationships with advisors, TPAs, and key strategic partners.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets in new business revenue.
  • Communicate with advisors and sponsors to understand needs, develop solutions, and strengthen relationships.
  • Work with an Internal Sales Associate to build proposals and plan illustrations.
  • Participate in various marketing initiatives, including presentations at local and regional events.
  • Work with advisors and clients to complete setup paperwork and coordinate plan setup.
  • Utilize technology to meet with investment advisors, third-party administrators, and prospective clients virtually.
  • Travel monthly within the territory to build new advisor relationships and meet with key partners.
  • Interact with JULY operations team members to promote process improvement.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
