We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing our Southeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Our TAMs actively drive and manage the post-sales process with both direct and channel customers.

The Regional Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and manage relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity.

Responsibilities :

  1. Lead, manage, and develop the TAM team to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all sales process stages.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the cybersecurity sector.
  3. Be organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to grow revenue.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales.
  3. Proven success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts, preferably with Mid-Atlantic and Southeast-based accounts.
  4. Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Comfortable interacting at all organizational levels, from C-level executives to technical staff.
  7. Willing and able to travel throughout the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territories.
  8. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
