• 3+ years in sales administration, sales support, or order management.

Responsabilités

• Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate customer requests, forecast updates, sample requests, and order-related activities.
• Serve as a key contact for customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
