• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• At least 3+ years in sales administration, sales support, order management or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; detail-focused and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Support: support Regional Sales Managers and engineers, manage requests and orders.
• Order Management & Forecasting: process orders in SAP, assist forecasting and planning.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination: track shipments and verify documents.
• Sales Operations & Reporting: create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain data.
• Financial & Administrative Support: monitor overdue invoices and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams.
