JOB TITLE: REGIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

REPORTS TO: Regional Director
LOCATION: Remote
FLSA STATUS: Exempt - $70,000 - $85,000 plus sales incentive opportunity
SCHEDULED HOURS: Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; travel will include overnight stays (60% of the time, including weekends).
Major Function
The Regional Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and fostering strong customer relationships within their assigned regions. They will partner closely with retail stores and their sales leadership team to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue through event attendance and team training.
Duties And Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Drive results by focusing on high-return and profitable opportunities, executing plans, and adjusting as needed based on the business climate.
- Establish and build relationships with accounts in the territory, conducting regular check-ins with key contacts.
- Collaborate on seasonal sales plans to support TACORI brand initiatives and maximize growth opportunities.
- Assist with all aspects of the sales process, including logistics and order processing, in partnership with customer excellence.
- Act as the “voice” of account activity (sell-in, sell-through, operations, marketing) to internal teams.
- Analyze product sell-through, inventory levels, and account metrics to develop account strategies.
- Secure and upload monthly inventory data for analysis.
- Create re-story recommendations based on store analysis and suggest new products based on knowledge and history.
- Pull, analyze, and report on ad-hoc data requests for your territory.
- Provide visual merchandising training, guidelines, and ensure compliance through store visits.
- Conduct regular audits of store marketing, website, social media, and other marketing avenues.
- Track store staffing and escalate concerns or improvements as needed.
Event and Training Coordination
- Plan, strategize, and execute in-store training and events.
- Create travel calendars in partnership with sales leadership.
- Exceed client expectations with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
- Follow up promptly on customer requests and commitments.
- Participate in analyzing and reporting performance results of events and trainings.

- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and internal team meetings.

- Have knowledge of all TACORI products and processes.
- Maintain high personal responsibility and ownership.
- Experience in fine jewelry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva; experience with ERP/Sales programs is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, influence, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt messages to different audiences and work independently in ambiguity.
