Job Details
  • Title: Regional Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Remote (must reside in MD, PA, NJ, VA, NC, or DC)
  • Reports to: Regional Director
  • FLSA Status: Exempt - $70,000 - $85,000 + sales incentives
  • Travel: Extensive travel (60%), including overnight stays, within the territory
Major Function

The Regional Sales Coordinator builds and fosters customer relationships in their region, partnering with retail stores and sales leadership to increase sales and revenue, including event attendance and team training.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Management:
    • Drive results focusing on high-return opportunities, execute plans, and work independently.
    • Build relationships with accounts, conduct regular check-ins.
    • Support seasonal sales plans, assist with logistics and order processing.
    • Communicate account activity, analyze product sell-through and inventory, and develop account strategies.
    • Create inventory reports, make product recommendations, and analyze data.
    • Provide visual merchandising training and ensure store compliance.
    • Conduct store audits on marketing and online presence.
    • Manage store staffing updates and escalate issues as needed.
  2. Event and Training Coordination:
    • Plan and execute in-store training and events.
    • Coordinate travel schedules with sales leadership.
    • Exceed client expectations with positive attitude, recommend products, and follow up on customer requests.
    • Analyze and report on event and training performance.
  3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and team meetings.
    • Proactively seize opportunities, lead projects, and bring new ideas.
    • Remain composed under adversity, present creative solutions.
    • Knowledge of TACORI products and processes.
    • Maintain responsibility and ownership.
    • Experience in fine jewelry preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva; ERP/Sales software experience a plus.
    • Strong strategic thinking, influence, flexibility, and communication skills.
    • Self-starter, adaptable to ambiguity.
    • Willing to travel extensively.
