JOB TITLE: REGIONAL SALES COORDINATOR - APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: MARYLAND, PENNSYLVANIA, NEW JERSEY, VIRGINIA, NORTH CAROLINA, WASHINGTON DC

REPORTS TO: REGIONAL DIRECTOR

LOCATION: REMOTE

FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT - $70,000 - $85,000 plus sales incentive opportunity

SCHEDULED HOURS: Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; travel will include overnight stays (60% of time). INCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS.

Major Function

The Regional Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and fostering strong customer relationships in their assigned regions. They will partner closely with retail stores and their sales leadership team to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization, including event attendance and team training.

Duties And Responsibilities
Sales Management
  • Drive results by focusing on high-return and profitable opportunities, executing plans, and adjusting as needed.
  • Establish and build relationships with accounts, conducting regular check-ins.
  • Collaborate on seasonal sales plans to support TACORI brand initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales process, including logistics and order processing.
  • Act as the voice of account activity to internal partners.
  • Analyze product sell-through, inventory levels, and account metrics to develop strategies.
  • Secure and upload monthly inventory data for analysis.
  • Create store-level analysis and recommend new products based on knowledge and history.
  • Report on ad-hoc data requests for your territory.
  • Provide visual merchandising training and ensure compliance through store visits.
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing avenues, materials, website, and social media.
  • Manage store staffing and escalate concerns to sales leadership.
Event and Training Coordination
  • Plan, strategize, and execute in-store training and events.
  • Create travel calendars with sales leadership.
  • Exceed client expectations with a positive attitude.
  • Recommend merchandise based on customer preferences.
  • Follow up and follow through on customer requests.
  • Analyze and report performance results of events and trainings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and internal team meetings.
  • Proactively seize opportunities and lead projects.
  • Remain level-headed and creative when facing challenges.
  • Have knowledge of TACORI products and processes.
  • Maintain high personal responsibility.
  • Experience in fine jewelry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva; experience with ERP/Sales programs is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and complex concept handling skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Flexible and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of handling ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (60%).
