Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years sales or customer service experience.
• 2 years administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to create and maintain calendars.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unravel: Coordinate with multiple departments for customers who wish purchases multiple products.
• Support: Analyze missed sales opportunities and provide feedback to appropriate department.
• Connect: Provide concierge service and overview on products for walk-in and virtual appointment customers.
• Be the Expert: Manage the concierge program for assigned region.
