Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years office/clerical experience.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and gather data from NFM information systems for management reports.
• Generate sales performance reports (Sales & Productivity, RAD, average ticket) daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
• Plan and track departmental projects to ensure timely completion.
• Assist sales staff and managers with research or issue resolution.
• Collaborate and provide basic analysis of reports to the GSM.
