Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart, Inc. in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking an Outside Flooring Salesperson to grow the client base and drive flooring project sales for residential and commercial customers.

You will develop relationships with builders, architects, designers and end users, demonstrate products with displays and presentations, coordinate orders and installations, and provide timely support to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of flooring experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-centric and able to establish rapport and trust with customers.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the client base from sales leads and sources.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business.
• Demonstrate products using displays, documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinate orders and installations; resolve problems promptly.
• Visit clients regularly and provide timely follow-up and support.
