Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support to the General Sales Manager, General Floor Manager and the division. You will perform data entry, file paperwork and maintain databases, and audit/reconcile credit card purchases and process for payment.

Duties include generating sales performance reports, planning departmental projects, assisting sales staff, and collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years office/clerical experience.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills to include advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Utilize NFM information systems to gather and prepare necessary data and reports for management.
• Manage Generate sales performance reports, e.g., Sales & Productivity reports, RAD, average ticket, daily/weekly/monthly or annually.
• Plan Complete various departmental projects as assigned, ensuring projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
• Assist Assist sales staff and managers in research or issue resolution.
• Collaborate May perform basic analysis of reports and provide analysis to the GSM.
