Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a high-impact sales leader to grow heavyline product sales and market share across the North American construction sector. You will drive strategy, coordinate dealer networks, and ensure profitable growth in Large Wheel Loaders, Excavators, and Hydradig/Pothole Pro.

In this role you will manage dealer allocations, forecast sales opportunities, and build strategic relationships to achieve ambitious targets while traveling up to 90% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams with product sales vision and mission.
• Ability to provide detailed product walk around to different audiences.
• Proven success in forecasting trends and achieving sales targets.
• Strong integrity in managing peer and business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop the North American heavyline sales strategy and market presence.
• Lead growth of Heavyline products (Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, Hydradig/Pothole Pro).
• Manage dealer allocations to maximize retail opportunities.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop strategic dealer relationships to drive profitability.
• Forecast, track and report territory sales activities to management.
