CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest Commercial/Industrial roofing company, seeks a Regional Area Marketer for the Mid-East Division (Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Doylestown, Allentown). The role pays $20–$22 per hour with commission potential and supports the Regional Sales team across the Mid-East region.

The position is a two-year program designed to place you into a future Sales or Technical Representative role, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Past sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Willing to travel within the Region (including overnight).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work at elevated positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized with solid time management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and perform cold calls.
• Market CentiMark's features and success stories on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Introduce prospects to CentiMark's features and benefits.
• Call to prospect and set appointments for intro calls and meetings.
• Organize customer and prospecting events for each office in the Midwest Region.
• Follow up on existing proposals with clients and prospects.
• Assist the Regional Sales Team with Top 50 Target Account efforts.
• Research market dynamics to form marketing programs.
• Join networking organizations to market CentiMark’s services.
• Organize and participate in select trade shows.
• Learn CentiMark's estimating and proposal writing programs.
• Perform joint calls with Regional Sales staff.
• Coordinate marketing with Regional Reps and National Accounts.
• Attain monthly activity goals set by regional management.
• Grow Regional Account business with Regional Rep targets.

Job description

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest Commercial/Industrial roofing company, is seeking a Regional Area Marketer for its Mid-East Division including Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Doylestown, Allentown.

This role offers pay rate of $20/hr - $22/hr with opportunity for commission for developedleads.

This is a Sales/Marketing position that will support the Regional Sales team in marketing our roofing services throughout the Mid-East Region. It is designed to be a minimum (2) year program, with the goal of placing his individual into a future Sales or Technical Representative role within the company. The role will be managed directly by the Regional Manager for the Region.

Job Summary:

• Research potential customers and performing cold calls on targeted potential clients
• Market CentiMark's features, benefits and success stories through such platforms as LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
• Introducing prospects to CentiMark's features and benefits
• Call to prospect and set appointments for intro calls and meetings
• Organize customer and prospecting events for each office in the Midwest Region
• Follow up on old as well as existing proposals with clients and prospects
• Assist the Regional Sales Team with their Top 50 Target Account efforts
• Research market dynamics and industries to help form effective marketing programs
• Join and get involved in appropriate networking organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc. in order to market/highlight our unique service offering
• Organize and participate in select trade shows that fit our customer profile
• Learn and participate in CentiMark's estimating and proposal writing programs
• Perform joint calls with various Regional Sales staff
• Coordinate marketing efforts with Regional Reps and National Accounts team as appropriate to target and develop new Opportunities/Customers for each
• Attain monthly activity goals set by regional sales management
• Learn and gain proficiency in all responsibilities associated with a regional sales role
• Work with the Regional Rep on possible targets in an effort to grow our Regional Account business

Candidate Requirements:

• Past sales or marketing experience is preferred
• Perform travel (including overnight) as needed within the Region
• Be able to lift objects up to 60 lbs., ascend ladders and perform work at elevated positions
• Must show a positive work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed
• Must be well organized with solid time management skills.
• Strong communication &writing skills
• Good Relationship Building Skills
• Excellent Follow-up Skills
• Current and valid Driver's License
