Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to support our Northern PA region. The role focuses on account development and maintenance through the sale of our commercial roofing systems, with a base pay of $80k plus commissions.

You will develop new business with existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate products to plant and maintenance managers across commercial and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Construction or industrial sales experience required.
• 2-3 years of territory/account development experience required.
• Proven qualifying and closing ability with a sales track record.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts and territory through existing accounts, cold calling, prospecting and meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate products to clients.
• Engage end-users such as plant managers and maintenance managers in the sales process.
• Focus on commercial/industrial environments across the territory.

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional, full-timeRegional Sales Representativeto support our Sales Teams inthe Northern PA Region.This individual will focus on account development and maintenance through the sales of our commercial roofing systems.

This role offers a base pay of $80k + commissions and premier benefits!

Job Summary:

• The salesperson will be responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings


• Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstration


• Sales calls deal directly with end-users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers


• Primary sales focus is on various commercial / industrial environments throughout the territory

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required


• 2-3 years of past territory and account development experience is required


• Demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success


• Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment


• Solid time and territory management skills and strong motivation to develop new accounts


• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
