Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.

• Commitment to following national SOPs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and compliance to order contracts, inventory, and scheduling constraints.
• Daily maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Regular communication with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Develop understanding and adherence to the National sales process and SOPs.
• Regular generation, manipulation, and maintenance of reports from internal systems and Excel.
