Job summary

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow corporate directives and national SOPs.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for internal/external collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Input national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Enter orders daily into the traffic system with accuracy and contract compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot orders, resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to support campaigns.
• Learn and follow national sales processes, systems and SOPs.
• Prioritize and manage workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows and Office programs (Outlook/Teams/Excel/Word).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
