Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a Sales Activator Manager to lead region activators, drive RBNA strategy, and build strong retailer relationships in KY markets. You will coach teams, set targets, and manage performance to achieve volume and share goals.

You'll oversee KPI programs, collaborate across departments, ensure flawless in-store execution, and develop market solutions using analytical selling and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop region sales activators to meet or exceed objectives.
• Build relationships with senior-level chain contacts and RBNA.
• Develop targets, measure progress, and close gaps.
• Align district distribution plans, routes, new product distribution, and volume forecasts.
• Manage monthly/quarterly performance reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, HR and safety procedures.
