Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Mount Sterling, KY seeks an experienced Region Trainer to promote a culture of safety across sites. You will train new hires, coach CMV drivers, and ensure regulatory compliance through OSHA, DOT and FMCSA standards.

You will partner with subject matter experts to develop qualified training programs, maintain documentation, and lead safety discussions to reduce incidents and improve operations. Strong communication and DOT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in keeping detailed safety records is required.
• Understanding of DOT and OSHA requirements is essential.
• Preferred experience conducting instructor-led or practical training.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire safety orientation sessions.
• Deliver CMV driver training including inspections and safe practices.
• Conduct OSHA/DOT/FMCsa compliance training for operations.
• Develop and manage training programs with subject matter experts.
• Maintain training documentation and competency records.
• Facilitate safety talks and field coaching sessions.
