Job summary

Martin Incorporated is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist – Industrial Sales to grow the safety product and service business in an assigned region. You will work with Industrial Sales reps to identify opportunities, develop safety solutions, and expand Martin’s presence with existing and prospective accounts.

The role requires safety product knowledge, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally to support customers and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant sales/industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of safety product and service sales throughout the region by identifying new opportunities.
• Partner with Industrial Sales reps on calls, strategies, and activities to expand safety business.
• Build relationships with customer safety/EHS, purchasing, ops, maintenance, and management.
