Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist – Industrial Sales to drive safety product and service growth across an assigned territory.

You will work with Industrial Sales teams to identify opportunities, present safety solutions, coordinate resources, and expand Martin’s presence with existing and new customers. The role requires strong sales and safety product knowledge, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills, with frequent travel and collaboration with manufacturers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/industry experience.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow safety product and service sales across the region.
• Partner with Industrial Sales reps on calls, strategies, and presentations.
• Develop relationships with safety/EHS professionals and procurement teams.
• Serve as safety product resource to Sales with knowledge and guidance.
• Coordinate samples, demonstrations, and training with customers and suppliers.
• Stay current on safety products, market trends, and categories.
