We are recruiting for a Regional Safety Manager in the Charlotte, NC area, covering the Charlotte territory. The Safety Manager will oversee safety and health on all job sites within the region, administer the Site Safety and Incident Prevention Program, and provide safety leadership at the project level.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a safety role within construction
• Experience working on Healthcare projects is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• CPR and First Aid training (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide safety leadership on assigned job sites
• Ensure OSHA compliance
• Train associates and subcontractors on safety topics
• Conduct safety orientations, meetings, and investigations
• Review and document safety submittals
• Consult with subcontractors and serve as a technical resource
