US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming

  1. Provide consultancy and guidance in managing workplace safety and emergency/incident response programs for KPMG operations domestically and internationally.
  2. Ensure adherence to workplace safety and emergency response best practices aligned with firm risk tolerance and budget.
  3. Manage risk management frameworks, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop learning and awareness programs.
  4. Develop and deliver training and coaching for relevant stakeholders.
  5. Review subject matter expertise, facilitate tabletop exercises, support proactive planning, and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in workplace safety and emergency response, including managing global programs addressing various hazards.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments like OSHA, safety management systems, and global situational awareness.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
  • This is a remote position within the US, with 5-10% travel; applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
