US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming

Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy and guidance in managing workplace safety and emergency/incident response programs for KPMG operations domestically and internationally.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and emergency response best practices aligned with firm risk tolerance and budget.
- Manage risk management frameworks, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop learning and awareness programs.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching for relevant stakeholders.
- Review subject matter expertise, facilitate tabletop exercises, support proactive planning, and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in workplace safety and emergency response, including managing global programs addressing various hazards.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments like OSHA, safety management systems, and global situational awareness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
- This is a remote position within the US, with 5-10% travel; applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
